Jiangsu Hysafety factory
Jiangsu Hysafety Co., Ltd., the wholly owned manufacturing subsidiary, is located at 85 East Shenzhen Road, Economic Development Zone of Huai'an, Jiangsu Province. The factory covers 50 acres with a total building area of 40,000 m². It is ISO 9001 and BSCI certified, accommodating 1,500 to 2,000 workers at full capacity, and has produced for export markets since 2007.
Our main markets are the USA, Germany, Northern Europe, Australia, Japan and other countries. We supply key OEM glove programmes worldwide.

Exhibitions & market insight
We attend 15–20 professional exhibitions internationally every year on average, plus domestic fire and rescue shows in China. Regular exhibitions include Canton Fair, A+A, Internationale Eisenwarenmesse, NSC, NHS, FDIC, INTERSCHUTZ, INTERSEC, ISPO, OTC and OT.
These events keep us close to regional market information and customer demand, update our material knowledge, and help us convert hand-protection understanding into products for different buyers.
Industry collaboration
On 30 June 2016 we were honoured to be invited by ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) to Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. In the conference we discussed glove standards with other leaders in the industry and contributed our expertise to standard formulation.
We have developed many firefighter glove programmes over the years to match various market standards, including NFPA, EN 659, AS/NZS 2161.6, GOST and Japanese requirements.
Certification & product breadth
As far as we know, only one or two companies worldwide hold firefighter certificates across NFPA, EN 659 and AS/NZS 2161.6 at once — Shanghai Hygloves Co., Ltd. is one of them.
Over the years we have developed and tested more than eighty glove styles meeting EN 388, and continue developing new certified products. We have also designed styles and size ranges suited to Korea and Japan.
Our design and research teams continually engage new materials and manufacturing technologies to develop gloves with different functions for various markets.

Brand
We registered our Hysafety® brand when applying for firefighter glove certifications. For firefighting gloves, Hysafety® is widely recognised for high performance, quality and comfort. We are happy to extend firefighter glove certifications to clients to expand their markets. OEM gloves remain our major business.

Based on up-to-date customer feedback and trending demand, our R&D team works on advanced performance in products, materials and design. Our special bonding technology has been widely recognised by customers from sports, mining and many other industries.
